At the beginning of the new academic year, on October 1st, 2025, a ceremonial reception for the new generation of students was organized in AASKM department in Zvecan.
During the event, the students were introduced to the Academy’s accredited study programs, modern laboratory infrastructure, and key areas of research and development. The event was structured to provide an informative overview of the academic environment and the practical aspects of engineering and technical education.
A central component of the event was the presentation of Erasmus+ projects in which the department of Zvecan actively participates. Department manager dr Uros Jaksic and project coordinator dr Bojan Prlincevic provided detailed insights into current and past initiatives, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation, student and staff mobility, and capacity building within the European Higher Education Area.
Special emphasis was placed on the implementation of the short studies project developed in the framework of Erasmus+ WBNET project, where the enrollment of the first generation of students is expected in early 2026.
The event contributed to strengthening ties between secondary and higher education institutions while also supporting the visibility and dissemination of Erasmus+ project results.
